There are lots of these out now, too - and Plantlife are even doing a special survey, just about these wild flowers! Cowslips There are lots of this next one around at the moment - they usually grow in shaded places, like under trees! Bluebells! Do you recognise them? The first one is easy! Buttercups! Here are some pictures of ones that we might see. Then we're going to look for lots of different wild flowers and see which ones we can spot! I'm going to take my special magnifying glass, which I love looking at things through. We're going to meet up after school and take some snacks. She said we could go on a wild flower hunt! She's read about it on the Plantlife website. We see each other at school all the time but today we're going to do some special friendship things after school as well! I'm so excited!ĭo you remember that yesterday I said I was going to take my best friend Derek to one of my favourite places - to the little stream with the lovely spring flowers growing all around? Well we went there yesterday and had such a great time that Derek asked if we could go again! Of course I said yes (when my mum had said it was ok for me to go there, of course!) But not only that, my mum had an idea about something we could do.

Today is Friendship Friday and I'm going to celebrate it by spending time with my really good friends Kiki and Derek. Was it the same for you? I really hope that you're having a good week and that you've been trying out some of the ideas from my diary to help with keeping mentally strong and happy. It's Friday - so we're already nearly at the end of Mental Health Week.
